We are an association of mainly young people who want to help others, but also improve their qualifications on the labor market. As an organization we have carried out many projects, including international youth exchanges, workshops, virtual games, charity projects, etc. Currently, we are strongly developing an e-volunteer project – thanks to that we bring together people from around the whole Poland. Employee volunteering - what is it?
Employee volunteering is based on voluntary, unpaid transfer of their knowledge and experience to improve the competence of people interested in self-development, and gathered around various initiatives such as a non-governmental organization.
The so-called BUSINESS VOLUNTEERING is used to help improve the image of entrepreneurs, and thus strengthen social ties and the development of local communities.
Benefits stemming from launching the programme of employee volunteering do not limit to positive reception of the company among employees and current clients. It gives a chance to promote the business to young recipients and attract new employees/partners/clients.
Why do WE want to work with external companies?
When including youth and adults in voluntary activities in our organization we follow the principle “take and give”. Hence, the program provides and supports all activities aimed at gaining first experience, developing competencies and skills needed in the labor market. Thanks to the dual development our volunteers can not only develop social activity and implement their own projects, but also support their professional path and enter the market with a specific baggage of experience and skills, becoming better and more competitive employees on the labor market in Poland and abroad.
How can you develop employee volunteering in your company?

- conducting trainings or workshops
- participation in local workshops, seminars, and conferences
- preparing/sharing a webinar that will strengthen the knowledge and competences of our volunteers
- preparation of trainings on labour market requirements and recruitment in your company
- consultations and guidance on the use of business tools in the third sector
Our volunteers come from different parts of the country and also stay abroad. To ensure the inclusiveness of our activities, we prefer online collaboration, which also gives more flexibility for both parties. We would like as many people as possible to benefit from your knowledge and guidance.
