I got a lot of information about the environment and its protection from the workshops…
This was the first exchange I have participated in, and I’m glad I made this decision. It gave me very positive memories. The place where we stayed was cozy and neat. I got a lot of information about the environment and its protection from the workshops that were conducted in an interesting way, which made the participation in them enjoyable. During the exchange, I met many kind and wonderful people who were eager to share their culture. LEVEL UP led us through all the necessary steps to prepare for the exchange, and then actively supported us during the whole duration of it.
I encourage everyone to participate in non-formal education mobilities because they’re a unique chance to gain the most diverse experiences. They allow you to meet new cultures as well as people with whom we create unforgettable memories.

The biggest barrier for me was my shyness, but after a short time I began to get along with everyone…
I made a lot of new friendships, gained new experiences, a lot of knowledge and new skills from participating in the project. I learned how to cooperate with others, what environmental problems are, and how to take care of the environment. I met many new people from various countries such as Greece, Ukraine, Norway and Spain, as well as people from my country, Poland. I was surprised that there are vending machines collecting used plastic bottles in Greece. The cuisine was fine, the local people were polite and friendly, and the LEVEL UP Association did a great job on organizing and managing the exchange. The biggest barrier for me was my shyness, but after a short time I began to get along with everyone. I’m thankful that I met such good, sympathetic and funny people during the exchange. We had a lot of fun while playing different games, such as matching pairs or UNO, in our free time. I received great support from the LEVEL UP organization, I felt taken care of. I would like to thank the association for giving me a chance to participate in this exchange. I will never forget it.
I encourage you to participate in non-formal education mobilities, as it is a great opportunity to gain new skills, experiences and meet new people.

Friendships that we made during the project with the participants from Ukraine, Norway, Spain and Greece will surely be unforgettable….
On the 7th of August, I came to Lodz to start another fascinating exchange project Erasmus+. On the first day, I met participants who had already arrived and we had dinner together. The next morning, our Polish team prepared breakfast for everyone. This was definitely a good opportunity to integrate with each other. The rest of the day we also spent on integrating with the participants from other countries, but also on visiting the city of Lodz. In the evening we exchanged mugs with other participants as souvenirs. The day passed quickly but productively. over next days we took part in different theoretical and practical workshops – I liked the ones about making natural cosmetics the most One day we also took a trip to Belchatow which was definitely a new and interesting experience for me. We ended the project with farewell dinner during which we received our participation certificates and also found out who was our secret friend – a person from the group who secretly gave us small gifts throughout the exchange. On the 13th of August, all of us returned back to their country or city. Friendships that we made during
the project with the participants from Ukraine, Norway, Spain and Greece will surely be unforgettable.
