Duration of the project:
31.05.2022 – 30.05.2023
Actions that will be taken in the project:
- workshops for youth with psychologists, intended to let them open up to emotions, understand the impact of emotions on oneself in a healthy and unhealthy way. Participants will learn about what are emotions, how to control them and how to not let them rule our lives
- workshops for young people on building tolerance in society, mindful relationships and bridges of understanding. With an experienced trainer, we want to present the groups how to use the method to build relationships, resolve conflicts, create the atmosphere, in which both sides are feeling well
- meeting with students and young people who had participated in student and youth exchanges; The hosts will talk about the programme they participated in, what educational results they achieved through their involvement in non-formal education projects;
- meeting with students who will talk about their experience after studying abroad and a meeting concerning Erasmus+ opportunities and activities outside formal education – volunteering, internships, training and international exchanges;
- workshop dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. About the importance of physical activity, sport and proper nutrition in our lives and the positive impact this has on our emotions, general well-being and harmony of mind and body;
- job interview preparation workshops. They will be led by a trainer and a career counsellor. We will be covering the stress of the constant job search, the interview, the rejection of candidature;
- anti-mobbing workshopswhere young people will learn what bullying is, but also how to defend themselves against it or react when the person next to them is experiencing it;
- workshops focusing on the prevention of professional burnout. Participants will strengthen their mental resilience, self-confidence and develop a new, effective system for controlling conflicts internal and external to the professional organisation;
- meeting for young people under the theme ‘Learning without stress’. This will be a debate among young people about the negative aspects of school and the pressures of the environment placed upon them. We also want to raise the topic of bullying and tolerance among pupils and students, as this also causes a lot of stress and discomfort in young people’s lives.
