Working at LEVEL UP has helped me to find an area in which I would like to develop. I was given access to the right tools. I was able to practise my graphic skills and to learn how to use Canva. I am grateful that in addition to this, I have improved my social skills. I also learned the basics of marketing and the specifics of social media. While Volunteering, I received support and the opportunity for creative development.

LEVEL UP is great for people who want to get involved in local initiatives. The great advantage of the association is that they manage everything remotely so you can join their team no matter where you are. They use platforms that facilitate collaboration, they are always ready to help when something is difficult or unclear and the contact is almost instanteneus. All ideas for any activities are taken into account, so you can show off your creativity and at the same time, you can count on substantive comments that will only help to improve the functioning of a given project. I joined LEVEL UP with the hope of gaining new experience and meeting new people who like to work. I’ve been in the organization for 3 months now as a volunteer and despite the initial difficulties in finding myself, I feel that this is my place 🙂 You can easily try new activities and develop in writing project applications, graphics or creating websites. If you have a problem with a task, board members and others will be happy to help and advise you. I think that the best part of our “work” is the opportunity to go on projects that we carry out. You are always going with someone who has been on an exchange before, so you can feel safe.

I have completed two student internships at LEVEL UP. Each time, it was a great experience that taught me a lot of new things – from writing meaningful content for a blog to a managing and editing existing articles for SEO. I am very happy about joining LEVEL UP. Working with the association gives me a sense of development. It allows me to do what I am best at, which is card and poster creation for events related to the association’s activities. LEVEL UP is a great organization, focused on comprehensive growth outside and within its walls. The best thing I like about it is its system of work – ROWE (Results Only Work Environment).
