Yes, just inform the group leader and/or the coordinator of volunteering and internships about temporary absence. We listen to the ideas of all team members with great attention. Each vote is important to us and each member of the organization brings something of value to our environment. Ideas are discussed at working group meetings and then implemented.

I have been working with LEVEL UP for a year and I have never had any reason to complain. It is an open place where development opportunities are obtained. There is mutual respect for each other’s work and time.
Hanna Goska, 22 y.o., Strzelce Opolskie
Working at LEVEL UP has helped me to find an area in which I would like to develop. I was given access to the right tools. I was able to practise my graphic skills and to learn how to use Canva. I am grateful that in addition to this, I have improved my social skills. I also learned the basics of marketing and the specifics of social media. While Volunteering, I received support and the opportunity for creative development.
Agnieszka Zawadzka, 35 y.o., Opatówek
Working with LEVEL UP allowed me to develop my writing skills and gain experience that I can proudly boast of. 🙂

Great voluntary service. Everything is kept in a nice atmosphere. Good organization and consideration of everyone’s suggestions is very important in such voluntary activities and here it is ensured. Appropriate meeting hours.

LEVEL UP is a great place to implement your ideas and release your potential. I appreciate that I can be myself here. This is the only place that brings together so many wonderful people 🙂
Anastasiia Saltasiuk, 20 y.o, Warsaw
Cooperation with LEVEL UP is a great way to develop your skills, but also to acquire new ones. It is also an excellent opportunity to meet many inspiring people.
Anna Duda, 28 y.o, Strømmen
LEVEL UP gives a helping hand at a time when every employer requires several years’ experience even for a junior position. This group of very kind and friendly people has helped me gain experience in the field of internet marketing. Despite the short cooperation, I feel that I was able to spread my wings in the areas that interested me. I appreciate working together and I am glad that I applied for the project which primarily encouraged my self-development.
Małgorzata Stencel, 26 y.o., Gdańsk
LEVEL UP is great for people who want to get involved in local initiatives. The great advantage of the association is that they manage everything remotely so you can join their team no matter where you are. They use platforms that facilitate collaboration, they are always ready to help when something is difficult or unclear and the contact is almost instanteneus. All ideas for any activities are taken into account, so you can show off your creativity and at the same time, you can count on substantive comments that will only help to improve the functioning of a given project. Certainly, everyone will find something for themselves, regardelss of their interests.
Weronika Tuszyńska, 23 y.o, Cracow
I joined LEVEL UP with the hope of gaining new experience and meeting new people who like to work. I’ve been in the organization for 3 months now as a volunteer and despite the initial difficulties in finding myself, I feel that this is my place 🙂 You can easily try new activities and develop in writing project applications, graphics or creating websites. If you have a problem with a task, board members and others will be happy to help and advise you. I think that the best part of our “work” is the opportunity to go on projects that we carry out. You are always going with someone who has been on an exchange before, so you can feel safe.
Klaudia Burska, 23 y.o, Łódź
I highly recommend volunteering at LEVEL UP! Thanks to it, we have a real impact on the world around us and we can develop our skills in areas of our interests. What is more, it is a pleasure to collaborate with people working in this organization!
Monika Jung, 16 y.o, Jabłonna
I have completed two student internships at LEVEL UP. Each time, it was a great experience that taught me a lot of new things – from writing meaningful content for a blog to a managing and editing existing articles for SEO. The great atmosphere and wonderful approach of people making up the association were the most significant aspects of the internship. The highly valuable lessons I have learnt from working with the Association will certainly stay with me for a long time. I have also found out about many fascinating initiatives and projects, which were in fact unknown to me before. To put it simply, I am glad that I came here and that I have met so many brilliant, ambitious and creative people!
Jessica Studniczek, 23 lata, Katowice
What I like the most about LEVEL UP is the atmosphere that motivates me to develop further. Thanks to the opportunities available, I face new challenges with pleasure. I recommend joining to every person that wants to act for a good cause and work on their skills. Being a part of LEVEL UP helped me to improve my competences. I learnt responsibilities, time management and teamwork. Although at first, I feared that I may not manage, the support from the Team Leaders helped me to fully spread my wings. Now I know that I can achieve every goal I set out for myself.
Natalia Garbaczewska, 24 y.o. Gdańsk
LEVEL UP Association is an organisation made up of people full of passion and energy to act. The members have an opportunity to develop their skills in many areas, e.g. in project management, graphic design, and translation. Everyone who wants to improve themselves has an opportunity to gain knowledge and new skills and broaden their horizons.
Dominika Wiecha, 24 y.o. Gdańsk
Thanks to LEVEL UP internship I not only gained my first experience as a translator but also improved my language skills. The team was very friendly, communication was swift and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Ewa Gajewska, 20 y.o, Biała Podlaska
I joined LEVEL UP In April 2022 when I closed a chapter in my life and was looking for new opportunities to participate in. I stumbled upon the ad to join LEVEL UP volunteers by accident. I liked the vision and organisation’s activities. Today, after four months, I can confidently say that this is my place. I do what I am interested in, I can improve myself and help others develop as well. I can carry out all of my ideas and always ask for support. At the same time, I do as much as my time allows me to and have fun with it! I highly recommend this experience to everybody 🙂
Marika Prucnal , 25 y.o, kielce
I am very happy about joining LEVEL UP. Working with the association gives me a sense of development. It allows me to do what I am best at, which is card and poster creation for events related to the association’s activities. Additionally, I can participate in, among others, an English course which is available to the volunteers.
Eliza Jodłowska, 40 y.o, Warsaw
Joining LEVEL UP gave me new opportunities to feel fulfilled and gain experience, as well as a chance to find interesting projects and meet positive people. I worried that I won’t be able to find time for activities in my busy schedule but, thankfully, the work is flexible and I can work whenever I want.
Anastazja Szwecowa, 30 y.o, Łódź
LEVEL UP is a great organization, focused on comprehensive growth outside and within its walls. The best thing I like about it is its system of work – ROWE (Results Only Work Environment). Thanks to this view of things, we constantly develop the way we cooperate in order to be most productive and achieve better results. I love the fact everyone has their own responsibility and the whole process of work is separated in parts for which different groups of people are responsible. I think LEVEL UP is on its right path. Even though it’s a pretty “young” organization, it’s developing fast and the amount of people, as a part of it all, is growing as well.
