Participation in this project was a wonderful experience. I learned there how to effectively study and teach others the foreign languages, and how important they are in our lives.
I discovered what are the difficulties in studying and how to overcome them. Thanks to the diversity of the group, I was able to get to know the perspective of both the teachers and the students. I learned a lot of practical ways to encourage people to learn languages. Thanks to the booklet we have created, I can pass on the knowledge I have gained to the local community, including teachers. I had the opportunity to talk with people of different nationalities with whom I talked about the culture of their country. During the cultural evenings I got to know national dances and taste the most popular snacks from certain countries. I appreciated the balance between the workshops and the time to relax. In the evenings we used to sit together with other participants and play games.
I would absolutely recommend Erasmus+ projects to other people. Projects have different topics and by finding the one that interests you, you can learn while having a good time. You also have the possibility to discuss on a chosen topic and share your knowledge with others. On such trips you get to know other people with whom you can keep in touch after the project is over. Improving your English is another important aspect of such a project.

During the project, I acquired a deeper understanding of which obstacles may occur in the language learning process and how it is possible to overcome them successfully.
I also gained valuable interpersonal skills and experience in working with an international team. I learned effective strategies of promoting language learning and how to customize educational programmes to various needs of students. During the training, I had the opportunity to meet professionals involved in language education. I also met inspiring experts and polyglots with whom I exchanged experiences and ideas. I was surprised by the culturally and historically rich character of Rome. Exploring the ancient monuments was an amazing experience.
I would definitely recommend international travel and training because, firstly, such an adventure is a great opportunity for personal development, exploring new cultures and understanding the diversity of the world. Furthermore, the opportunity to learn languages in an authentic environment and to make international friends and network with professionals are priceless. Such trips develop flexibility, the ability to adapt to new situations and broaden life perspectives. They are also a chance to counteract stereotypes and build global social awareness. In general, mobilities abroad offer not only educational benefits, but also an exciting adventure that is definitely worth experiencing.
