I have been working in LEVEL UP mainly as a project coordinator since September 2022. I initiate and coordinate local projects as well as support international partners in coordinating international projects. Regardless of whether I'm responsible for the entire project or just a part of it, I always try to look at the problem as a whole and see a wider picture. When the participants of the project say it was worth it, and the partners directly propose to do another project together, I believe that job is done ;).

Besides projects, I’m also responsible for onboarding new volunteers to the association
( even 30-40 individuals at once), and I conduct internal training (about projects, tools, there are different needs). I feel very appreciated in the team - one of my friends wants to sell me for camels, another for Turkish plates, and these are not cheap things.

Besides LEVEL UP, I also get involved in different activities, I support the organization of sport events, I’m learning to make pizza ( the one from a real oven), and I also enjoy reading psychological blogs.
