The best start to my career

The youth exchange project aims to develop young people’s career paths, encourage them to maximise their potential in the labour market and equip participants with the tools and resources they need to explore different career paths. The initiative promotes an attitude of seeking professions in line with their ambitions and interests. 35 young people from Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Romania will take part in the project.

Activities to be undertaken during the project:

• A youth exchange which will include a variety of workshops, games, meetings and thematic presentations related to the project for 35 people from 5 countries and a dissemination event,
• post-project reflections made available on the LEVEL UP website.

What do we do during the project:

• We counteract cultural, gender, social and family pressure in career choices.
• We help young people to identify the development directions in line with their hobbies, dreams and ambitions.
• We promote an open attitude in the labour market and the possibilities of changing professional qualifications. 
• We raise awareness of the Erasmus+ programme and the opportunities it offers for the development of young people in terms of the career paths they would like to follow.
