Pact4peace

Project focuses on promoting peaceful education and conflict resolution, especially among
young people. The opportunity for mutual learning and exchange of experiences between the
participants will allow them to use their newly acquired knowledge and skills through
developing and implementing peace education with young people in their communities.

Activities to be undertaken in the project:

• 9-day training, during which the participants will acquire new skills in
  communication, conflict resolution, intercultural competencies and active citizenship
• exchange of the participants' experiences, identification of good practices in activities
  aimed at encouraging eagerness and innovation to create their own projects, both
  local and international,
• dissemination meetings conducted by the project participants

What we do during the project:

• We enable youth workers to create, implement and assess effective peace education
  and conflict resolution activities,
• We increase the youth involvement in peace-building efforts through activities
  designed and implemented by trained youth workers,
• We support cooperation and creation of networking between young workers and youth
  organisations in the field of peaceful education and conflict resolution,
• We organise cultural meetings allowing the participants to learn about the customs of
  other cultures.
