Leave noone behind

The project Leave Noone Behind aims to promote aid to refugees. The participants learn about the challenges faced by those forced to flee their country. They will also learn about the ways in which they can help and how to motivate the local community to do the same. The project is also intended to encourage the youth to join local voluntary activities. It is equally important to understand what rights the refugees have in order to adjust the form of support.

Activities to be undertaken in the project:

• Organisation of a youth exchange for 42 people from 7 countries 
• Post-mobility dissemination events during which we will share the knowledge from the training session with the local community

What we do during the project:

• We meet people from other countries
• We learn about other cultures during cultural evenings 
• We develop problem-solving and communication skills
• We learn team-work and leadership skills 
• We improve our language abilities
• We foster compassion toward refugees and their issues
• We motivate the youth to actively support the refugees and promote their social integration.
