Ślady stóp na piasku.

I really enjoyed the project in Spain because it was special due to its subject matter.

During the project, I learned about relaxation techniques and biodanza, which I will use to deal with my own stress. During the project, I met interesting people from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania and Romania. There were a total of 24 exchange participants. What surprised me in Spain was the amount of fish eaten there; I even developed a taste for traditional tuna salad. I have very fond memories of the organisers because they were helpful and answered all my questions about the project. The time spent in Spain was filled with intense work and self-discovery, but it was also a break from the stresses of everyday life. Stepping out of my comfort zone

and making new friends with foreigners was a barrier for me. What was fun was a true or false game, where we had to guess which information was a lie and which was real. Throughout the project the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. I received support from LEVEL UP since a coordinator from Poland – Kamil, was watching over everything the entire time.
