The aim of this project was to support Youth Workers in their local and international activities…
During the trip, I learnt about cultural differences and discrimination, which, unfortunately, is often experienced by young people these days. We had a lot of interesting workshops, exercises and discussions on the subject. In addition, we visited beautiful Sardinia and ate enough pizza and pasta to last us for a lifetime.
Although this was the first project organised by the organisers, they did a great job and made sure that every participant was comfortable. The project facilitator shared her beneficial knowledge and experience, which created a friendly and motivating atmosphere in classes.
I am very grateful to the girls in our Polish group for their support, help and openness. I will miss the chats, the reflection on the project, the jokes and just the time we spent together enjoyably.
I would like every young person to try to go on an Erasmus+ project at least once. It is a wonderful experience that can open us up to a new country, new people, new knowledge, new adventures and much more.

I have very fond memories of this project…
I have very fond memories of this project. During Training Course in Sardinia, we have discussed the concepts of diversity and inclusion in detail. Through varied exercises, I explored the definition of culture and learned new techniques for dealing with prejudice.
Because we were on an island, we were able to enjoy natural wealth such as beautiful beaches.
The organisers showed us the amazing cuisine of Sardinia. I can honestly say – pasta never gets boring. I am extremely grateful for the organisers who did everything to take care of us. The facilitator was also a great inspiration. She was a mentor that was always ready for new challenges in every situation.
I have very fond memories of this project. It has definitely helped me to improve my professional competence.

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to go on this trip…
From the project, I mainly gained the knowledge needed to create a specific project related to
discrimination. I was also provided with the necessary tools in the form of interesting exercises and methods.
I learned how to create an interesting campaign using a simple video creation software.
Nothing particularly surprised me. It was an interesting experience to learn about the culture and traditions of Sardinia and to taste its specialities.
Cuisine was excellent, and the organisers were very helpful and well-prepared.
The biggest obstacle was overcoming the embarrassment of speaking English.
I am extremely grateful for the opportunity of going on this trip. For being able to spend this time surrounded by people who, like me, work with young people. We had the opportunity to exchange observations, methods and ideas. I am grateful for the Polish group – wonderful, skilled people with a lot of experience who were extremely helpful and welcoming.
There were plenty of funny situations. Laughter and spontaneity followed us all the time. The energy- boosting games were great.
I am very impressed with LEVEL UP Association, especially their professionalism, warmth and kindness. I could count on their support at any time.
International trips offer great opportunities for personal and professional development. They are an opportunity to create great projects, support local communities, and prevent various situations, such as discrimination, exclusion, etc. They are also a unique opportunity to create international friendships.
