Transparent Guidance, Wide Opportunities

The goal of the project is to strengthen non-governmental organisations in the area of effective and efficient Human Resource Management in the spirit of transparency. The project aims to create lasting changes that raise the standards of work in non-governmental organisations, which will contribute to increased effectiveness, public trust, and a positive impact on the community. The project seeks to eliminate ambiguities both in the area of soft skills, such as communication, conflict resolution, and task delegation, as well as in formal and legal matters, such as issues related to contracts, wages, transparency, accountability, and the legality of actions.

Through diagnostics, campaigns, and the promotion of transparency in HR management, the development of a work model, and focused implementation complemented by individual consulting for civil society organisations, the project aims to create a lasting environment in which non-governmental organisations are transparent, trustworthy, and at the same time effective and professional in their actions.

The target group of the project is 12 NGOs employing a minimum of 1 staff member and/or involving a minimum of 1 volunteer.
