The project focuses on the idea of self-awareness and knowing ourselves. The organizer of the exchange would like to point out that this is a very important aspect when making life decisions and choosing career paths. Participants will learn self-awareness of their own needs and the world around us through artistic expression – including through the practice of mindfulness, body movement, painting, writing or composing music.

Activities that will be carried out during the exchange:
- creative workshops aimed at deepening the participants’ self-awareness
- workshops on decision making and working with emotions
- culture evenings
- presentation by the participants of their organizations from which they came

- gain knowledge and decision-making skills
- spend time in a creative way
- meet new people
- we exchange experiences
- cultivate the self-care trend
