For the first time, I had the opportunity to participate in a training course, and I know it won’t be the last one.
The project that took place in picturesque Antalya was for me a new experience, during which I had the opportunity to learn more about the functioning of a non-governmental organisation and the rules and laws that apply there.
It was also the time when I participated in creating the association’s website prototype, during which I developed my skills in graphic design and learned more about creating a user-friendly interface. I also familiarised myself with the stakeholder and persona concepts. The training was also an opportunity to discover new, effective ways for evaluation and testing.
The “Transparency in the 3rd sector” project gave me an opportunity to work in an international environment, which was an extremely valuable experience and showed me a different perspective on everyday topics. The project itself, which took place in Türkiye, opened my eyes to a new culture or art, I had previously known only from television or the internet. I also had the opportunity to taste Turkish cuisine and take a walk through the streets of the city.
I am grateful for the possibility to take part in this project and its organisation on a high level. I encourage everyone to take part in similar projects, because every such opportunity is a new experience that will stay in my memory for a long time.

I learned a lot of new things during this training course, for example, how to create a prototype, what do you need to put on your website, how to ensure transparency, clear information display, or the importance of presenting your projects or partnerships on a website, and so on..
The hardest for me was to discover a field I didn’t know much about, but at the same time, it was interesting and a challenge.
One of the funniest parts for me was the cultural night, or the warm-ups to get to know each other with other participants.
People I met during this training were very nice, coming from different countries and cultures, and I got on very well with them.
The organisers did a great job presenting and explaining everything to improve our skills, knowledge and website prototypes, and they did their best to help me personally as well. All the things included in the hotel were great, the room, the restaurant and especially all the food was good.
I also tried different Turkish dishes in the restaurant and outside, and when there was a problem with our room, the organisers solved it very quickly.
I liked visiting Antalya in my free time or on the last day. I enjoyed and have very good memories from this Erasmus+, and I want to thank LEVEL UP very much for giving me this opportunity.
In my opinion, I would recommend to people of my age not to hesitate to try different experiences, Erasmus+ or other kinds of volunteering like the ESC programme, especially to have a better open-mindedness.
