DIG-IN Youth Work

The course “DIG-IN Youth Work” organised by the NGO Creative Minds for Culture (Latvia) was financed from the European Union funds within the Erasmus+ programme.

The main goal of the project is to support the personal and professional development of young people and those working with youth through non-formal education. “DIG-IN Youth Work” aims to strengthen the potential of partner organisations and develop skills in managing international projects.

Action, which will be taken in the project:

5-day training course in Latvia, including:

getting to know the Erasmus+ programme,
actions supporting the professional development of people working with youth,
building the potential of partner organisations and developing competencies in terms of managing international projects,
taking part in thematic workshops (e.g. about human rights and solidarity), simulation games, international evenings and team-building activities, integrating with peers from other European countries,
evaluation and receiving Youthpass certificates.
