Career – discover your potential

This youth exchange focuses on developing career paths for young people and encouraging them to enhance their potential in the job market. The project promotes looking for a job according to own ambitions and interests. 30 young people from Türkiye, Poland, the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, and Romania will take part in it. 

Activities to be undertaken in the project:

• There will be various workshops, games, meetings, and presentations related to the project.

What we do during the project:

• We will make young people aware of directions of development for them, according to their hobbies, dreams, and ambitions.
• We will enable participants to enter different business environments and encourage them to be more active in their local community.
• We oppose the trend of imposing a profession by culture, gender, social situation or family
• We promote openness in the job market and opportunities for retraining.
