I take with me many memories, wonderful friendships made from all over the world and a head full of ideas….
Another amazing Erasmus trip, although it differed a bit from all of them. We met the group for the second time, which made us get to know each other even better. Yoga classes brought us to a higher level of spending time among trees and with the sound of chirping birds. We learned meditation and stretching methods that I immediately implemented in my life. I take with me many memories, wonderful friendships made from all over the world and a head full of ideas. I thank my Polish group, with whom I was able to spend this time.
I highly recommend international trips and it is thanks to them that I learned the most. They are an opportunity to do things that you have never done before, to try new food, to learn new languages and cultures, and to create beautiful memories that will stay with us forever.

I discovered inner peace and I understood myself better. The workshops were conducted in an inspiring way and gave space to reflect and share their emotions….
The “Invisible Strings” exchange in Lithuania was one of the most unforgettable experiences in my life. I met amazing people from different countries, with whom I formed deep and honest friendships – although before the project we were strangers, we quickly felt like one big family.
What surprised me the most was how much yoga and meditation affected my well-being. By everyday practice, I discovered inner peace and I understood myself better. The workshops were conducted in an inspiring way and gave space to reflect and share their emotions.
I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity because I left richer in beautiful memories, valuable lessons and great friendships.
I thank everyone who was a part of this trip – both the organisers and the participants. It was something unique!

I learnt how practising yoga and meditation can significantly improve wellbeing and help in everyday life….
My participation in the project was an extremely valuable experience that allowed me notonly to explore the topic of mental health but also to discover effective methods of coping with stress. I learnt how practising yoga and meditation can significantly improve wellbeing and help in everyday life. Great weather, and being close to nature and picturesque lakes created the ideal conditions for complete relaxation and reflection.
During the exchange, I had the opportunity to meet inspiring people from different countries, with whom I established deep relationships.
The biggest challenge was adapting to an intensive schedule and sharing space with other participants throughout the whole project, but thanks to the friendly atmosphere and common activities I quickly got used to it.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to take part in this project – it is an experience that I will remember for a long time. I particularly thank the organisers and all the participants, who made that time so inspiring and full of positive energy!

I am glad that I was able to notice the difference in the way I participate in the activities – it was easier for me tofocus more consciously on the exercise I was doing with greater awareness…
The second part of the “Invisible Strings” project turned out not only to be a continuation of already started adventure, but also an important step in the personal development of every participant.
It is my first project, which thanks to its structure allowed all the participants to meet again – this time in the extremely picturesque countryside of Lithuania. It was interesting to experience such a meeting after a few months – we have already known each other and thanks to it, we could easily focus on the main topic of the project. The previous part of
the project was for many participants their first contact with yoga practices and in a broad sense the idea of taking care of primarily your mental health. We learned the theoretical basics, and we had the opportunity to try different kinds of exercises, thanks to which we became familiar with the topic. This time we had the basics from the very beginning, so it was a perfect opportunity to explore the subject further – especially in the practical sense. The days spent in the tranquil surroundings of the city were full of physical activities and meditation practice. I am glad that I was able to notice the difference in the way I participate in the activities – it was easier for me to focus more consciously on the exercise I was doing with greater awareness. Gained experiences, new skills and established relationships will for sure accompany us for many years, reminding us of the need for balance in life.
I wholeheartedly recommend everyone international exchanges. It is the best occasion to gain knowledge and new experiences that shape a person for a whole life. Besides that, one of the most crucial aspects for me is the chance to make friends with people from all over the world.

I greatly remember the place, food, people and the charm of this place…
It was a unique trip for me because it was, by contrast to other ones, spent not in a big city, but in a smaller town, which fitted perfectly with the atmosphere of relaxation and stability associated with the theme of the project and allowed us to focus strongly on meditation, yoga and mindfulness practice. It was incredible also to meet the same people during the second part of the project, despite months of difference, I felt like not even a moment had passed. I am thankful for the whole project, I greatly remember the place, food, people and the charm of this place.
I definitely recommend such trips as a great break from stressful everyday life, every trip is a chance for completely new experiences, and new relationships, and simply as a kind of springboard from reality itself.

This project was one of the best projects in my life and I would like to thank the organisation for the possibility to participate…
The project in Lithuania was the second part of the December project that took place in Azerbaijan, so we all knew each other well and felt like one huge family. The project also concerned mental health. I will remember methods of meditation and stretching exercises for the rest of my life and even today I use most of them in everyday life and recommend them to my friends. The exchange took place in a charming, green, mid-lakeside town, which additionally enhanced the experience and emotions we experienced. Before the exchange, I thought that Lithuania, as a country, does not differ much from Poland, but I was wrong because the tradition, culture, food and language are completely different from ours, which makes this country a unique place on Earth, totally worth visiting. This project was one of the best projects in my life and I would like to thank the organisation for the possibility to participate, the organisers and facilitators for caring and sharing knowledge, all participants for the amazing atmosphere and the Polish group for the wonderful time spent together.
I highly recommend such trips to those who love travelling and meeting amazing people from all over the world. Youth exchanges are also a perfect place for discovering yourself, crossing your own barriers and gaining knowledge and experience in areas we didn’t even know about. I definitely recommend for people who want to develop themselves.
