Vamos a Expore Erasmus+ szkolenie Killadoon

It was my first project on this subject…

It was my first project on this subject. I liked how practically the host organisation approached it. We went through the whole process of writing an Erasmus+ project step by step. I didn’t feel lost at any moment. We received helpful and sincere pieces of advice. The venue was placed in a beautiful village near the ocean. In every spare moment, we took advantage of the weather. To the organisation’s and ours surprise, the weather turned out well. We spent the first day on “get to know each other” activities by the ocean. The group was very small. Usually, it’s around 20–30 people. In Ireland, it was 12. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get along with anybody, but the people were great. We all pulled together and had fun. I am grateful I could spend this week in a calm place far away from everything. I am also thankful to Natasza, who took care of our Polish team.

Erasmus+ projects are an incredible opportunity to create new friendships, develop your interests, and try new things.

I felt fully safe and taken care of…

The project in Ireland positively surprised me in many ways. From the first day, I was greeted by the very green, almost fairytale-like nature – omnipresent sheep, luscious meadows, stone walls and vast hills that stretched to the horizon. The ocean view from the house we lived in was breathtaking every morning, and made our day start with a feeling of tranquillity and gratitude. The Ireland landscapes moved something deep in me – their natural beauty, harshness, and at the same time harmony had something difficult to describe with words in them, but it will stay in my memory. This trip was an exceptional experience that I will remember for a long time. I could meet exceptionally inspiring people, I could share my perspective with them, and, at the same time, draw on their experience and knowledge. Thanks to these meetings, I gained new skills, especially in the field of youth work, intercultural communication, and international projects organisation. This experience sparked in me the desire to create my own initiatives – it inspired me to write and implement my ideas in the future. I felt fully safe and taken care of – LEVEL UP took care of every detail before, during and after the project. Both the trip and the organisation on-site went off smoothly, which allowed me to focus on participation and getting the best out of this adventure. I would like to thank Ado and Ini from the bottom of my heart for the amazing week full of conversations, laughter, and unforgettable moments. I hope our paths will cross again, because the memories we created together are precious. I am extremely grateful for the whole week – the beautiful sights, inspiring people, and all the lessons I learned from this project. I fell in love with Ireland, and now I know I’ll come back.
International exchanges are a great opportunity to grow – they allow you to broaden your horizons, acquire new skills, and meet other people. Thanks to such experiences, you can break through your barriers, learn to work in international teams, and inspire to act. It’s also a good chance to discover how different the cultures and daily life in other countries are. I definitely recommend these trips to my peers! It’s an investment in yourself that opens new doors in both professional and private life. If you have a chance, don’t hesitate – that experience will stay with you forever.

During the project, I learned teamwork, strategic thinking, and writing Erasmus+ projects…

During the project, I learned teamwork, strategic thinking, and – what’s most
important – writing Erasmus+ projects. It was the smallest project
group I had worked with so far. Per every country – Poland,
Spain, Ireland, and Georgia – there were only 3 people. It let us know each other better
and build closer relations.
In Ireland, I was hugely surprised by the kindness of the people in the village we
stayed in. Every met person was friendly, and drivers from passing cars
greeted us with a wave and smile – it’s something that is not an everyday reality in many
places. The cuisine also made a very positive impression – our cook
did an excellent job of preparing the meals, even for those on a vegetarian diet.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate in this project, because it was
another unforgettable adventure I will remember for a long time. I feel
a special gratitude towards all the people I met there, especially
the wonderful girls from Poland with whom I took part in the exchange.
There were many funny situations – one of them was playing board games
I was not familiar with. Attempts at teamwork, strategic thinking and
brainstorms very often ended in bursts of laughter, and were an extremely joyful
experience.
The LEVEL UP Association provided us with full support before, during,
and after the project. Thank you for this incredible chance for development,
new experiences and unforgettable memories.

International exchanges are a great opportunity to grow, gain new skills, and
meet people from all over the world. Thanks to such projects, you can learn teamwork,
communication in foreign languages, be open to other cultures, and look at many issues from
an entirely new perspective. It’s not only learning but also fun and building
friendships that often last long after the project.
From the bottom of my heart, I recommend such trips to my peers. This experience not only
enriches your resume, but first and foremost, leaves great memories and gives the feeling that
the world awaits us. If only you have a chance, do not hesitate for a moment!
