V4 Sports Unit Festival!

The project V4 Sports Unit Festival!” aims to involve young people in promoting active lifestyles and popularising sport. As part of the event, it will be the young participants who will be responsible for leading the warm-ups before the sports tournaments, thus building the spirit of collective activity and competition.

Activities to be undertaken in the project:

  • An event in which 160 participants aged 16–35 are expected to take part.
  • Organisation of sporting events – preparing and conducting warm-ups before tournaments in various sports such as padel, table tennis, running, football and beach volleyball.
  • Free health checks and examinations will be organised for event participants to monitor their physical condition and health status.
  • Local project partners will have the opportunity to present their organisations, sharing their mission, values and activities.
  • Each of the project’s partner leaders will lead engaging workshops that will allow participants to gain valuable knowledge, share experiences and develop skills in their chosen areas.

What we do during the project:

    • Raise awareness about an active lifestyle.
    • Encourage young people to participate in sports.
    • Gain new leadership and organisational skills, learn how to effectively run workshops and inspire others to take action.
    • Integrate youth from different environments and build international and local relationships through common sports challenges.
    • Shape the values of fair play and healthy competition
