The topic of the project concerns the use of digital technologies, including AI, in youth work. The participants will analyse phenomena of internet culture, including the language and slang of Generation Z, and learn about digital tools that can be used in everyday life. The project enables the exchange of experiences and good practices between youth workers from different countries. It aims to develop skills in communicating with young people, critical thinking, adapting to technological changes and the conscious use of new technologies in a way that supports the educational and integration process.
Activities to be undertaken in the project:
- Organising an international training
- Working in international groups using the English language
- Dissemination meetings that will be organised after the project by participants to share their experiences with the local community
What we do during the project:
- We take care of the personal and professional development of the participants
- We encourage active citizenship and taking part in democratic life
- We improve the quality of youth work on various levels – from local to international ones
- We improve the competencies of youth workers and organisations working in the field of youth work
- We promote social inclusion, diversity and intercultural dialogue
- We shape attitudes based on solidarity, equal opportunities and respect for human rights
