Learn to Learn

The project focuses on supporting young people in developing effective learning methods adapted to their individual predispositions, cognitive styles and needs. Through educational activities based on informal methods, participants acquire knowledge and skills useful in formal education, as well as in their professional and personal lives. The project boosts one’s self-awareness and develops soft skills, including teamwork, communication, critical thinking and emotional management. The use of unconventional learning methods, such as storytelling, brainstorming, escape rooms or graphic facilitation, makes learning more engaging, creative and sustainable. The project contributes to the dissemination of modern forms of education and the promotion of lifelong learning.

The following activities will be taken in the project:

  • “Discovering our predispositions and learning styles” workshop
  • “Team Dynamics” workshop
  • “Journaling & Visual Thinking” workshop
  • “Digital Mastery – tools, game competition and online connections” workshop
  • “Critical thinking and ethical debates” workshop
  • “Mindful Learning” workshop – mindfulness, emotional intelligence and stress management techniques
  • “Learning Beyond the Classroom” workshop – storytelling, simulations and practical activities
  • Educational escape room design workshop (teamwork on the scenario, riddles and game logic)
  • Implementation of a workshop with pre-made escape rooms

What we do during the project:

  • We help participants get to know themselves by discovering their natural learning styles, strengths and opportunities for personal development.
  • We strengthen social skills by teaching collaboration, empathy and effective communication.
  • We develop critical thinking and creativity by teaching how to analyse information, argue and solve problems.
  • We promote mental well-being by supporting emotional management, mindfulness and stress resilience.
  • We promote non-formal education, making learning more engaging and responsive to young people’s real needs.
  • We create accessible resources, such as infographics and a workshop report, publishing them on the LEVEL UP website and on social media.
  • We build lasting social impact by encouraging participants and schools to continue using the educational tools we develop.
