HEALTHY LIFE VIA SPORT
The aim of the project is to develop knowledge concerning the benefits of doing sports and leading a healthy lifestyle. The project will take place in Dilijan, Armenia and will be carried out by young people (18-30 years old) from Armenia, Poland, Georgia, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Romania. A total of 31 people will take part in the project.

Activities that will be undertaken in the project:
– Leaders’ meeting to prepare the exchange taking place in Armenia
– A 7-day youth exchange in Armenia with 31 participants during which we will:

1. encourage young people to take up and practice sport
2. create in groups a short film about healthy lifestyle and sport
3. learn how physical activity supports mental health and reduces stress
4. learn about the culture and heritage of Armenia through contact with local people
5. run a sports urban game
6. learn about our partners’ national sports and play team games popular in these countries
7. focus on improving our health and reflect upon the ways in which we can act locally in order to encourage young people to spend their time more actively.
