The training will be attended by 36 participants from Sweden, Romania, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Lithuania, Macedonia, and Slovakia. According to the plan, the participants will spend 7 days together, contributing to the personal development of each of them through informal education and group learning. During the project, the following goals should be achieved:
- To increase understanding of the characteristics and peculiarities of youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- To improve understanding of the use of nature as a stimulating environment for learning, participation, inclusion/connection, and empowerment of disadvantaged youth.
- To increase specific professional competencies to use effective and sustainable nature-based methods, activities, and concepts for the development of youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- To enhance personal and professional motivation to work with disadvantaged youth.
- To implement plans for nature-based educational activities with youth of underprivileged environments in the countries involved in the project.
