DIGITAL EMPOWERMENT, Enhancing Youth Work Skills for the Digital Age

An international project aimed at fostering partnership building, gathering youth workers and representatives of non-governmental organisations to develop innovative projects that support young people in the digital world. The programme promotes cooperation, digital competence building and creativity, establishing foundations for sustainable partnerships and initiatives. The project aims to develop digital skills, inspire innovation, and support the sustainable development of projects that have a positive impact on young people.

Actions to be taken in the project:

• • Brainstorms focused on promoting creative thinking and cooperation.
  • Interactive workshops during which the participants will be able to learn new abilities related to digital technologies.
  • Combining diverse perspectives, exchanging ideas and experiences to acquire new skills and expand knowledge, optimise tasks and also efficient and effective problem-solving.

What we do during a project:

• We encourage participants to generate new, innovative ideas that use digital technologies to solve contemporary challenges which young people face.
• We create space for making contacts where youth workers and NGO representatives can meet, share experiences and build partnerships in order to common developing of projects.
• We run workshops that aim to develop the skills of participants in the scope of digital tools, increasing their proficiency and confidence in using digital platforms and increasing their digital competencies
