Color of The Smile The “Color of the smile” project aims to give assistance to three institutions (children’s hospital wards, children’s homes, single mothers’ homes, special schools, etc.) which support children and act in the area of the Łódź Voivodeship. In the framework of the youth project, we will provide help to those centres which are not able to manage to repaint walls and make the rooms more colorful and fairy-tale-like for children. Apart from the group initiating our project, we intend to engage people from the local community, especially the youth, and in that way we want to promote art volunteering.By implementing our project, we promote:* local community activation* social engagement* positive perception of non-governmental organizations* idea of solidarity* viable solidarity actions* empathy and response to the needs of others.
